What do I do?

if the 200 had a new gearbox or something then fair enough but its just a face lift with slightly different tuning to the engine & chassis

.

What do you mean "IF"?

it has a different box!

And the slight differences to the chassis are different springs, dampers, bump stops, steering rack and possibly a thicker anitroll bar.

i cant understand why anyone would buy a brand new car for nearly £20,000 when in 3 years when its paid for its only going to be worth £10,000 its barmy!

Maybe im getting old at 23 lol

It depends when you own the 2nd hand car.

Buy a good 197 at 4 years old and soon it needs £600 just for belts. Buy a bad one and it may need the perfo hubs doing and they are £450 a side before labour.

Generally new cars do cost you more cos they loose more value but they cost much less in parts to keep going so the gap might not be as big as you think.

I've had mine for well over a year, only part I've changed is my steering wheel, as mine looked horrid, oh actually had to change front two springs as one was cracked as well, not too bad I think.
