what are these headlight accesories ?

Im confused, whilst on the browse for projectors I came across these, what are they just chavvy eyelight brows or the inserts to the lamps to replace the chrome ones?

haha yeah that helps, they just look like they are on the inside though thats all...

yeah I emailed him, was a bit more expensive than where I had previously looked tbh although his quote included bulbs etc
