How the Cluck can i pay £36 a year for Oxfam to supply a full village in the middle of the desert with water, yet it is over that per month in the UK?

Next time they ring i may ask em if they'll supply me!

Surely it would be cheaper to move the village to where the water is, the houses are only made of mud which is free......
