Upgrading interior

Hi, just wondering if it's possible to upgrade things like the AC dials to something that doesn't look like it's off a washing machine?
Looking to make the interior more modern so any suggestions or pictures would be appreciated.
I like what Yiannis done to his interior so I might have to do something similar

You could have some things custom made, but In sure its expensive. A company called Storm Motorworx used to do stuff for BMW e46s and e90s, these were designed as a retrofit.
