Tyre Rubbing?

Hi All,

I can hear, what I assume is, one of my front wheels rubbing. You know the sound, like a gentle pulsing sound that speeds up with the car.

How can I identify which wheel it is and what the cause is? I don’t want it to get worse and cause a puncture or worse.

Jack it up and spin the wheel maybe, won't work if it's reliant on compression of the suspension but that at least rules out anything connected to the hub and points to something in the arch.

Make sure to try it full lock each way though.

can you feel it through the steering wheel at high speed?

Don't think so Ryan... What is high speed? I've not done about 90.

Check the brake line on the inner wheel, it's held onto the strut with a crimp over a rubber housing, my n/s kept coming loose and rubbing on the wheel before I cable tied it.
