Two Techs - Dartford

Having bought my 197 with 55,000 miles on the clock and no history of a cambelt change, I decided that I needed to get it done quickly. I originally planned to get it done at Engine Dynamics but they were fully booked for two weeks so decided to go with Two Techs despite the price difference. Upon arrival I was greeted by Matt and left my keys with him. Luckily I had a friend nearby so killed a couple of hours at his house however Two Techs can drop you off and pick you up from Bluewater which I thought was great service.


A few hours later I decided to go and check up on the car as I thought they'd be finishing up by now and I was right. I talked to Matt and asked him what the condition of the belts were like and he kindly offered to show me them as well as explain their function. We also had a little chat about Clio’s and the types of owners that exist (great ones like on this forum, and terrible ones who never service the car however nothing in between). At this point in time Matt was just reprogramming the car so I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and the work was complete.


The overall service was nothing short of excellent and I would definitely use Two Techs again for any specialist work that needs to be done. Although the work was a little pricey, when it comes to cars you get exactly what you pay for and I have no regrets at all.

I use Matt and Terry time and time again. Albeit, they're not local to me, I don't go anywhere else for general mechanic work.

I wish they were a little closer as it's a right mission getting there in the mornings, but you can't have everything. I have a local garage that I can trust with most jobs, but it's reassuring that there's a garage that's not miles away who are clio specialists. Also thanks to everyone who posted in this thread, it's nice to know the experiences other's have had with the same garage :thumbup1: and the mods for creating this section

Good guys down at Two Techs,used them a few times.Need my belts doing and a full service November,hoping
I can get a deal on price.Go into Renault Orpington for little bits and bobs and the prices you hear them quote over
the phone for tyres,services and the like are phenomenal.

Went there yesterday, been there many time in the past and will be going back to them lots in the future. Great garage.

Been twice to them and they are spot on.

Car goes back in Sept for full brakes, and loads of steering/suspension bits.

Knowledge is excellent and they have the mentality as if its their own car which I very much like.

Had my cambelt and accessorie belt done by them last week.first time I've been there and can say I will deffo be going back to them in the future,you can tell they no there stuff top job.
