Tweeter Help

Hi,
I'm trying to fit some new tweeters to my 197 and i need some help!

1. I don't know the technical term for them but how do you open the rubber tubes that feed wires from the body of the car to the door? i need to feed some wires through them and i have no idea how to take them off without breaking them

2. How do you access the rear of the tweeters on the drivers side? I'm guessing on the passenger side you just take the glove box out?

The tubes in the door are actually plug and socket, and the tweeters covers pop out the dash and so does the tweeter

Thanks Ryan. Is there anything special you need to do to get them apart? or do you just pull?

The way my tweeters fasten to the dash means that i need to get to the back of them as well which sucks, I'm thinking i will probably have to take the dash off?

Thought you twist tweeter cover on dash I could be wrong, as when I tried to take mine off I broke cover and had to order new one from renault
