Traction control on... HELP

hello... ive just disonnected my battery while i put new front seats in and a new steering wheel and my traction control wont turn on... traction control OFF light is just permanently on...i have changed all the inners of the steering wheel as the better steering wheel didnt have cruise control.. any ideas anyone??

Just go for a drive it will reset and switch the light off and put the esp back on

you need to go for a quick spin..it will reset itself..thanks guys for your help...
