Torque setting for ring gear to diff?

Hi,
I'm just fitting a diff and I can't seem to find the torque settings for the ring gear. Any help would be appreciated

Also do I need to replace the bolts? If so what's the part number?

Can't remember where I got it from, but this is what I used and my friend and both get hammered on track
