Top Mount Covers? 197

Earlier in my 197 ownership, I mentioned that my scuttle panel had been cut and bodged and had left the top mounts exposed.

I will be fitting my replacement scuttle panel tomorrow but have just stumbled upon this photo in the How To section



This photo of a 200 shows that the top mounts have covers over them. Is this 200 only? Or is this something else that my 197 is missing?
