Timing Belt - Advice/Costs

Time is due at 55k - 5 years old.

How much should I be expecting to pay, got a friend who will do labour, do I just need to buy a timing belt kit from renault, or is there somewhere else people buy them from?

Yes mate + aux belt kit the cambelt kit from Karl is cheaper than that one from k-tec

Does your friend realize the locking tools required to do the job properly?

yeah mate got the specialist renault tools. and is it worth changing the water pump while its being done?
