Throttle body vs Injectors vs pedal potentiometer

Greetings,

Have had a pesky injection fault error message that comes out intermittently so I'm after some advice.

When message comes up, car goes into limp mode with hunting idle. Other times its just as normal and revs freely to almost Redline.

Did a dtc scan and 3 codes came up, throttle body, potentiometer and injection circuit no.4.

Which is the most common and likely fault? My hunch is the throttle body... Has many members here been forced to replace throttle body?

Thanks very much in advance

There has been issues with the fly by wire throttle, check the connection. Throttle bodies are generally simple and dont often fail on these unless they have been played with (bored out to larger sizes, the springs cant be wound as tight)
