Driving a 458.
I agree that doing 150mph on a dual carriageway is more dangerous than driving with a pint in you... However, said 458 was doing 150 for 10-15 seconds and not for its entire journey - unlike a drunk driver.
The judge was supposedly lenient on the fact that he was driving a car that is capable of reaching those sorts of speeds in a short amount of time, I'd imagine the judge would be less lenient on, say, a 3 series doing 150 as it would take an age to get there - see what I mean?
