Suspension rock hard??!!

Hi guys. I've recently started to notice the suspension on my 200 (cup chassis) is becoming absolutly solid. And I mean like bone shakingly solid, particularly from the rear. It's like there's no give in it whatsoever. Have also noticed when going round a certain roundabout where I live the back end kind of steps out when steering round it. To be honest it seems the handling is just utter crap due to the suspension being so hard, on a bend with rutted road it's litterally all over the place and feels completely unstable. Anyone had similar issues?

Shocks could have seized? Only thing I can think of.

Has the car been sat not moving for a while?

Is that quite a common problem with these do u know?

No it's my daily so in constant use. Tho it had sat for abit before I bought it back in January.

as said could be rear dampers..not a difficult job to unbolt the bottom of the damper and feel how they are
