Stud / Nut Conversion

So I messed up my order for studs and nuts. I didn't realise I'd ordered closed nuts so there bottom out on the stud before the wheel is tight.

Anyone got a link to the right nuts?
 
Hi all. Hope someone can give me some advice.

Currently I have the Speedlines on the car with 25mm H&R spacers ( the ones that bolt to the hub, and you then bolt the wheel to the spacer ) front and back, but got another set of wheels that I plan to put on the car, ET45 (without spacers obviously ), and keep the Speedlines with spacers for track use( if I am ever going to ).

Question is : can I / is it safe to use stud & nut conversion with the H&R spacers and Speelines ? I know that those spacers are made to bolt to the hub 1st, but I am thinking if I can just slide them on the studs, put the wheels and nuts, so I won't remove the bolts from the spacers every time I would swap wheels.
