if you mean the silver renaultsport badge then its really easy, just one screw at the back of it then it split in 2 halfs, hope this helps

Do you mean the diamond in the middle? If so then I'm not sure.

Or has your's got the steering wheel trim at the bottom that says Renault Sport on it? These were accessories, so not all have them fitted. You can buy them for about £22 and like as mentioned above have a single screw at the back holding the 2 halves together..
