Is it safe to have your engine bay steam cleaned??

Not really no. With the splash guard on the Clio doesn't get too dirty anyway.

You could cover all the electric components and all sensitive areas but its easier just to wipe with a cloth.

It is safe. Don't spray it into places that are water sensitive though...

Also, it takes ages - you're better off pressure washing / brushing / scrubbing / wiping / rising.

I always think of that scene in 'stop or my mom will shoot' where she cleans his gun
