Springs/Dampers

If i fit cup springs to me car will i need to change the dampers too or will they cope?

i would say yes

the cup springs are much stiffer than FF.

also the shocks need to be removed to get the springs out anyway so might as well do them at the same time. the shocks are cheaper than the springs anyway

wouldnt bother fitting cup springs tbh. you may as well fit something like eibach springs.
you only need to remove front shocks to get a springs, back ones are separate.
standard shocks should cope fine with cup springs as they cope fine with H&R or eibach springs.

Think you may still have to disconnect the rear dampers from the upright to replace the rear springs though.

yeah you do. its only 1 more bold on the top mount and the shock comes out

I'm selling some springs as I wanted it a touch lower...however some people want the OEM look. Also you don't have to declare it to your insurance as its something that can be bought from Renault.....The cup suspension is superb IMO
