how do you turn this off on the standard headunit?
can't find the option for it and the handbook just refers to speed 0 - speed 5
helpful if I can get that option up.

it's driving me crazy when I drive the music changes volumes and I can't stand it.

Is this the same option as 'Loud' On/Off that compensates for road noise?

When i have 'Loud' On all i notice it the clarity of the music turns up a bit

No, loud is different. It makes the cd louder than the radio.
