spark plugs?

I had a quick look my spark plugs, they seem getting black.

My car is over 3 year old, it is worth changing them now?

And which is best spark plugs or should I get them same one from renault?

they will be "black" if you checked them before it got hot and was given a drive

but need changing at 36k miles anyway
