Seat stitching.

After having my steering wheel redone a while back with red stitching it bugged me the seats were different. So decided to change it, not completely gone with red left 1 row standard quite like the contrast between it now.

Correct just did it myself, took a bit of time but the results were excellent. Tried it on a wee section that u can’t see first and carried on from there.

I think this is an interesting topic. Can you say a little more how you've done it? Like did you use some kind of pen or dye? How how did you avoid to touch the leather or is this no problem?

Its very straight forward tbh i used a sharpie as die pens are not the best. Just touch the pen to each stitch and you can see the ink flow into the the thread. I used a baby wipe to clean any excess that had made it onto the leather but i didn't have very much, If you wipe the leather 1st then use the pen the oil left from the baby wipe helps prevent the leather being colored in. Just make sure to clean it off whilst the ink is wet as when dry it would be a night mare. Its a slow process but works well and doesn't rub off on your clothes.
