Scraping noise from left side of the engine when idling (with video)

There's this scraping noise, audible only from outside, from the engine when idling. I believe it disappears above idle.

No other weird noises and the car performs as it should.

I'm guessing since it seems to originate from the left side that its something to do either with the tensioners/timing belt or, worst case scenario, the VVT gear.

What do you guys think?

Pulley? Sounds like a belt?
