Scraped wing mirror

So I go back to my car after shopping today and the wing mirror seems to have been scraped. It's not that bad, only superficial, but it's bugging me. Here's what it looks like:

What do I do to fix it? Do I need a replacement or am I able to just touch it up?

Body shop would respray it... Wouldn't attempt to touch it up myself. Alternatively a scrappy for a replacement..
