Removing sills?

Any ideas? Stuck on the inner door part which seems to lift upwards.

You have to peel off the stainless print 'sport' strip and theres screws there to undo. The back section passed door has plastic lugs that you have to ease out.

Yeap but take care getting the strips off as it like glue holding them down and the stainless steel gets all outer shape and looks a pig when you go to put them back on.

What's the best way to get metal strip off??

I would guess applying heat.

I have some spare sill clips if anyone wants them. Broke some of mine, bought replacements but never got around to fitting them.

I take it you took the sills off for a reason?

was it to replace them after some damage?
