Removing rear panel trim - aaargghhh

Please help. Am rapidly confirming why I don't normally do anything with my cars personally! So you'd think removing a piece of fecking trim would be easy - but not for me. So rear panel is off, but seat belt rail is stumping me. How do I remove this or get the panel away from it.
