I'm attempting to replace the Nearside front wheel bearing, but im struggling to remove the hub from the shaft.
So far I have:
Removed wheel, caliper, disc, abs sensor, hub nut.
I suspected once the hub not was removed the hub should just slide off the driveshaft, but it hasn't.
So i've undone the 4 torx bolts from behind the bearing carrier, and this has loosened and will now turn within the hub carrier.
The driveshaft seems to have moved a few mm, but despite using lots of WD, a 3 leg puller, a large hammer toi give lots of physical persuasion, I can't get it off.
Any ideas please!?!?
