As above. I want to take them out to spray them dark black, and I want to take the fog light insert out to spray that. Does anyone know how to do it?

Dark black?? Surely black is as dark as it gets. Anyway have a look in the How too section, there are guides in there. The wheel arch vents a meant to be a right pain though.

You have to take the rear part of the arch off from memory. Bit of a faff

I tried to get mine out to do them artic blue gave up in the end stripped All the arch out and still could get it to budge ...
