Rear wiper replacement.

Had my car damaged and the rear wiper snapped off, how do I get the rest of the assembly off?

Does the round cover not pop off to reveal a nut underneath?

Yes it does, didn't look like it would lift up.

Pop off the round cover should be a nut under cover'
