Rear speakers very quick easy question

Hey folks
Ive done a search but i cant find a straightforward answer.

My Clio has no rear speakers but after popping off the covers the wires and screws are all there ready:huh::huh::huh:

To fit new rear speakers is it just a question of plugging the wires into them and away we go or do the wires also need to be connected at the head unit??

Also does anyone have any recomendations for a set of speakers i quite fancy these as they are a direct fit http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/25/131/201/TS-Q131C/index.html

But i dont really fancy drilling a whole for the tweeter:thumbdown:

Those are to fit in the front , you just need some standard 13cm full range speakers though I think it require cutting/bending two of the mounting tabs off.

Take note the pioneer woofers have only two tabs and are a vital upgrade for a 200, for a 197 not so much.
