Ratteling Noise Doing My Balls In!

Everytime I change gear after 3000 revs I hear some god awful ratteling noise!!


Any ideas wtf it is??
 
Have a look at the mesh/flexi bit at the bend of the exhaust near the front. Best way i can describe it
