R/S Tuner

Evening all, does anyone still use an R/S tuner? Or has anyone got any experience with one?

Basicslly, I’ve got a 197 with a decat, ktec induction kit, exhaust manifold, full exhaust.

I’m about to fit some Catcam 402’s also.

Just wondering if anyone has used an R/S tuner to get a file and map it.

I don't think the RSTuner comes with anything other than basically a stg1 map, neither from Fastchip nor RS Tuning. It hardly works with Catcams. Okay, they can provide custom maps based on AFR/RPM logs, but still your best option is to do a proper Rolling Road remap.

Yeah I’m starting to think that’s the best way to go. I phoned R/S yesterday and they suggested the same.
