Hi
about to change the crank pulley(aka the engine pulley)
From what i remember just to hold the pullies/belts by putting locker in the hole @ the engine and just replace/put back and release belts/pullies ,is that right? Or am i missing something that is related to the timing belts.

I’m not too sure what you’re asking.

You can replace the pulley just with the lower timing pin in place. I’ve only ever done it with a genuine kit tho.

Alternatively, if you haven’t got a pin, you can do it by putting the car in gear and holding the brakes.
