Projector Lights facing the wrong way

I have found a pair of Projector lights for sale on the FB group and they are perfectly fine apart from the lights face towards the right instead of the left.

How would these be reverted back to facing left? Can they be adjusted at all? Please help? I assume this has been changed for Euro driving at some point

I don't believe you can possibly change it unlike some other vehicles. I however have got a pair of RHD halogen projector lights going cheap....
