Possibilty of chassis hit

Can a strong hit in the wheels cause anything to the chassis? Like twist it or get it out if balance?

The weakest point will break first, so the first thing to break would be the wheel, then the wishbone/suspension, only then would the chassis damage. If your wheel is ok then your chassis will generally be ok, the only thing to worry about would be the tracking being knocked out.
