Please help with ideas: car moves to the right while braking

My left wheels has met a huge bump on the road before, and now the car is very unstable while braking from higher speeds.
Been to the delaer, track rod end was replaced, wheel alignment and braking forces checked, everything seems ok in static.
But when I'm braking, front end being loaded and starts moving to the right significantly, so I have to counter-steer about 15 degrees to keep the straight line. It does not happen when I'm braking either too light or too hard(when ABS starts working from the very beginning), but happen somewhere in the middle of this range.
For me, it does not seem like an issue with brakes, because,
1) I have braking forces report which indicates everything is OK
2) If it were brakes, it would be not a movement of the car, but a force on a steering wheel instead.
It looks like something in suspension geometry changes under load(or unload for back suspension). Any ideas?
