Painting Brake Calipers..

Looking to freshen up my yellow brake calipers, the paint has started to peel off so want to re-paint them. I have done a bit of research, seems that VHT paint is the good stuff. So my question is do I need to remove all the yellow paint first? Then go over them with some high heat primer, VHT yellow caliper paint then clear coat over the top. Any tips would be appreciated

Not a very nice job either, wire wheel on a drill is helpful!

Nice one! I was hoping I could just go over the top of the yellow.. Stripping the paint sounds like hard work lol

it isnt pleasant i wont lie but if you want to do a proper job that will last,the paint needs to come off...
