New Gear Lever

I have seen, over on the RS forum, a Trophy with a new style gear knob. Looks smart.

Has anyone got one and can comment on feel/quality?

Also are these likely to be easy to retro fit?

I don't see much wrong with the standard one on my 200T, certainly not as bad as the reviews made out.

It feels very metallic and sturdy and the button has a quality feel to it. I can't really compare it to the old one as I didn't really notice it in the demo car on my test drive.

I'm sure if would be retrofittable if you were willing to change parts below the lever. I guess it depends how much you want to change it!

Here's mine from my 200, I can't comment on previous versions but this one certainly has a quality feel to it, and definitely looks better than the early ones.
