New Cooland and Clutch Bleed

Hi all,

Decided I'm going to pop the car in to the Garage in Jan~ for a Coolant change and Clutch Bleed.

Any heads up on what I should put in the car coolant wise? I prefer the best, even if it is coolant.

Also, what do I need to supply for them to do a clutch bleed? I've noticed my gearbox is getting a bit on the rough side, I'm currently double clutching most places. Want to see if this helps first.

-21C, can that be correct? Or that is not coolant we use in Finland. We have -35c in winter :S

edit: seems to be ready to use coolant and mixed with water.

I doubt bleeding the clutch will solve anything. You'd be better off changing the gearbox oil.

last time I bought coolant from Renault it was about £12 for 5l. Don't bother with anything other than oem.

I did that about 9k miles ago. It's running FUCHS TITAN. It helped slightly, but nothing major.
