Sorry to post here, but won't let me send messages,

I'm having issues, it saying that I've expired and need to pay up again, which isn't a problem but I have taken out insurance with green light and thought when I did that they bump you up, from my case gold to platinum. I don't think I've ever been changed. Is there anything someone can do?

Renewed it this April. Was with them the year before

I'm chasing green light at the moment. They haven't been active on the forum for 4 months so they may have stopped referring without telling us.
