ok my nearly eleven year old son is getting into said outdoor sport.
So I'm thinking I might join in, don't want to spend more than 500 but I no as much about bikes as I do about staying married so any help appreciated!

Only thing is I'm 6 3 with a 34 inch leg, how work out frame and wheel size?

Didn't read the post fully at first, 1/2 asleep...

If you get a decent frame you can always upgrade the components at a later stage, with £500 to spend you should be looking at a Cube Attention 27.5 £519.00 or a Giant Talon 27.5 £419.00

Both pretty reasonably spec'd bikes and good frames.
