Motorsport door cards - electric window switches

Hi, for those of you with track cars that have retained the front electric windows, but gone with carbon/flat door cards how have you dealt with the electric window switches? Have you relocated the OEM switches and mounted them into the new door card, or have you rewired an alternative switch to something that sits a little more flush?

Pictures and tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes they are moulded to the door..
@R27WTF Matt sorted me out so not sure on who makes them.
