Mk3 Induction 1.6

Won a powertec induction cone cheap on ebay a few weeks back, its this one

Just wanting to fit it to see how it is and looking under the bonnet i think it'll fit if i take the airbox out, anyone done that on here and how do you as i'm rather a novice with doing stuff with cars.

remove battery, and its surrounding box, then it should just pull out

Cheers, any problems with taking the battery out for a while or any specific way to pull it out?

disconnect the positive and negative terminals, and there a bracket with a bolt in it down the side which requires a long reach/ extension bar, then its just lifts out. then you will see a couple of bolts that secures the plastic battery box section inplace, then it sound tightly unclip out.
