Mini Road Trip

Hey, just thought I'd share some pics with you folks on clio197.net. Some of you may have already seen these on other forums.

Went on a small road trip on Tuesday. We didn't want to venture too far so we stayed in the north east. Went on a variety of roads but the highlight was probably the B6278 which was apparently featured on an Evo test run - fantastic road too!

I recommend that you give this route a try if you're in the north east. It's just off Stanhope.

Cars attended: Trophy, 197, FN2, DC5, Lupo 1.4i, VW Golf GTTDi, S3 8L, and an S3 8N.

No, just a bunch of mates.

You bet! On the way up, the weather changed many times - fog, rain, snow, sun - the lot. We travelled back down this road at night and there was a fresh layer of snow on the road. I've never been so scared in my life.

I imagine it would be very fun in good weather though.

Great looking pictures the type R looks brilliant (got a soft spot for them!) and so does the 197 and trophy!
