Medianav problem

Hi,

My friend has a 2014 Clio and has been having some problems with his medianav. The screen has pixels missing and it's taking quite a bit longer when moving between radio stations.

Is it possible to fix this problem? Or is there a company out there that can repair them.

Any help would or advice would be appreciated.
