Matt anthracite/grey 197 alloys

Are all 197 standard anthracite/grey alloys matt?
Or is it just mine?

If they are Matt as standard, anyone recommend any good cleaning products for them?

Any 197 which was a cup or cup packed came with anthracite wheels, non cup packs came with silver wheels.

Pretty sure none came as a matt effect from the dealer though unless spryer after.
