Map sensor symptoms

Ok so I posted earlier about my car saying check injection I've just looked at my car and I can pretty much with one finger pull it out would this give me my problem ?

Should not be loose enough to pull it out with one finger.

I remember reading people had cable tied the map sensor and reported it being better.
