Though I'd share this,
I got some wheel nut covers from eBay a couple of weeks ago to cover my wheel nuts as they had surface rust on them and I wasn't really bothered about painting as it just chips off.
Anyway, they looked 100x better however they didn't fit the locking nut.
After searching the Internet I couldn't find a cap big enough so I gave in and was going to paint it like I've seen other people do, but yesterday I went to my local nut and bolt supplier who came up with some covers that are perfect (with a tiny bit of trimming) match to my eBay specials.
Just thought I'd post it up as an alternative to painting or replacement.
