Lightweight crank pulley worth it?

hello is it worth it putting on lightweight crank pulley on rs 197?

The decrease in mass will improve response.

I'm not a fan of removing the dampening from the standard pulley, but there's plenty of people running them without issue.

As above! I bought a 172 pulley instead as it retains a damper but it's still also half the weight of the standard one
