Laguna alloys

Has anyone fitted the Laguna alloys to a Clio?
These are 7x17 and look almost the same as the Speedline wheels but can be bought for around £100 a set on ebay.
The only difference looks to be inbetween the V on the spokes but painted in black wouldn't really be noticeable?
I wouldn't think the 215/45 tyres would be a problem on a slightly narrower rim?

Any thoughts?

Yes mate quite a few people have put on the Laguna's. As you say pretty much look like speedlines

i have these sprayed white on my clio looks fine and fits perfect

Do they stick out more/ less than the Speedlines?

they look nice, think they stick out more as the offset is slightly lower on the laguna alloys, (not sure if im right)

They do look good - are you on 215/45/17s?

So are these basically the same as the clio but a little narrower?
What size tyre would you fit to these, for track use?

They're wider. 225 width tyre

Standard Clio wheels are 17x7.5, Cup race car wheels are 17x8.

You could run two or three widths of tyre on any given wheel really...
