Ktec mini cat

Has anyone fitted ktec's mini cat ? It is a very small catalytic converter which screws in place of your downstream lambda sensor. Will this keep off lights on the dash ?

you have also got to ask yourself the question "why is the light coming on"! could be an underlying engine problem...

Im just thinking about de-cat and was just wondering if it would keep emmiaions light off with this fitted

more than likely yes that's its job - I think someone has fitted one and its been fine so far

but some don't have them fitted and the light still stays off so its a bit of a lottery!

Stolen my thunder! Yeah this keeps the light off. No point in spending £80 on a little cat when all its really doing is taking the lambda sensor out of the main flow. When a spacer does the same job. The catalytic converter part is useless.
